Choreographed routines of stepping up and down on platform equipment, combining step aerobics with body sculpting.

Spin

Instructor: Candy

Designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength building. This stationary cycle ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout.

Zumba

Combining fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobic and fitness to achieve cardio and muscle-toning benefits. Zumba combines four core rhythms of: merengue, salsa, cumbia and reggaeton.

Boot Camp

An all-fitness level, work at your own pace, interval training class with a combination of calisthenics, body weight exercises along with cardio and strength training.  Enjoy the journey and make it a lifestyle.

Body Sculpt

Also known as core conditioning is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strength. Most classes use weight bars, exercise bands, or dumbbells, or a combination of these gadgets. You perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting.

Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and breath control. This class is based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body.
