I have been in fitness for over 20 years, and there’s nothing more rewarding to me than helping someone meet their fitness goals. It’s a personal mission of mine to help them become healthy, confident, and strong. As a person that struggles with weight, I realize how being overweight affects many aspects of your life. I want to be there for my clients/friends and help them discover the benefits of fitness that helped me become the person I am today.

Candace "Candy" Delos Reyes
When Candy isn’t running her consulting business (CDR Consulting) or cheering on her kids at school and sports, she’s all about fitness. From Muscle Beach competitions to functional training, movement is essential to her well-being. Passionate about helping others achieve and sustain a healthy balance, Coach Candy is a certified Group Fitness Instructor with ACE (American Council on Exercise).

Cody Heffelfinger
Cody has practiced yoga since 2012 and has a diverse fitness background, including Barre, HIIT, Boxing, Strength Training, and Rowing. He blends mindfulness with movement, motivating through creativity, kindness, and positivity. Committed to helping others grow, he believes every workout is an opportunity to build a healthier, more honest, and loving connection with ourselves.

Jennifer Reid
Jennifer has been participating in martial arts self-defense since she was 14 years old. She has obtained her black belt from Young Champions.

Instructor - Zumba
Rigo Mendoza
Rigo is a passionate and energetic Instructor dedicated to making fitness fun and accessible for all. With a love for dance and movement, Rigo creates high-energy classes that blend Latin and international rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography. Certified in Zumba, Rigo strives to inspire students of all fitness levels to enjoy working out while improving their health and confidence. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned dancer, They will keep you moving, smiling, and sweating to the beat!

Rose Pasquel
I have been a Certified Zumba Fitness Instructor since 2010 & teaching at REV Fitness Center since 2011. Zumba combines four core rhythms of: merengue, salsa, cumbia and reggaeton and more. It is cardio fitness disguised in dance. Zumba is a fun way to get fit and healthy.
